Our Group develops, manufactures, and sells a full-scale vibration isolation system that protects precision equipment by isolating these minute vibrations. We provide products suitable for each application: for example, spring-type passive vibration isolation devices, or active vibration isolation devices that satisfy nano-level needs. Through these products, we are active in industrial fields such as semiconductors, optics, energy, measurement, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals, and in industry-academia and advanced technology fields such as research institutes of universities and national\/local governments.<\/span><\/div>\n
