Moving forward, we will pay attention to the business environment and long-term business development, accumulate sufficient internal reserves to strengthen our corporate structure, and continue to pay stable dividends.<\/p><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"c-block-box-text__block\">\n<div class=\"c-block-box-text__heading\">\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"c-heading is-lg is-top is-border-bottom\">Dividend Policy<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"c-block-box-text__text\">INTER ACTION considers enhancing corporate value and providing stable shareholder returns to be key means of returning profits to our shareholders. Taking into account the future business environment and our long-term growth strategy\u2014while maintaining adequate internal reserves\u2014our basic policy is to provide stable dividends aligned with our financial position, targeting a consolidated dividend on equity (DOE) of 4.0% or higher.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the end of year dividend, based on the provisions of Article 454, Paragraph 5, of the Companies Act, our Articles of Incorporation stipulate that an interim dividend can be paid every year (to be recorded November 30<sup>th<\/sup>) by a resolution from the Board of Directors. This means that INTER ACTION can pay surplus dividends twice a year. The decision-making body for these surplus dividends is the general meeting of shareholders for end of year dividends and the Board of Directors for interim dividends.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"c-block-box-text__block\">\n<div class=\"c-block-box-text__heading\">\n<h2 class=\"c-heading is-lg is-top is-border-bottom\">Changes in Dividends<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p><!-- E-IR Parts --><\/p>\n<div class=\"qir\" data-qir-area=\"area_highlight_032\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"qir\" data-qir-area=\"area_dividend_020\"><\/div>\n<p><script type=\"text\/javascript\">scriptLoader.setSrc('https:\/\/ssl4.eir-parts.net\/Custom\/public\/material\/v5qir\/1.4.0\/common.js');scriptLoader.load(function() { qir.load(); });<\/script><!-- \/E-IR Parts --><\/div>\n<div class=\"c-block-box-text__block\">\n<div class=\"c-block-box-text__heading\">\n<h2 class=\"c-heading is-lg is-top is-border-bottom\">Shareholder Benefits<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"c-block-box-text__text\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.05em;\">INTER ACTION has introduced a shareholder benefit program in order to express our gratitude to shareholders for their continued support, and to encourage shareholders to feel secure in holding our shares long-term.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"c-block-box-text__inner\">\n<div class=\"c-block-box-text__title\">\n<h3 class=\"c-heading is-sm is-top\">Details of the shareholder benefit program<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"c-block-box-text__content\">\n<div class=\"c-block-box-text__subtitle\">\n<h4 class=\"c-heading is-xs is-top\">(1) Eligible shareholders<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"c-block-box-text__text\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.05em;\">Any shareholder listed in the shareholder registry as of November 30 (end of the interim dividend period), to whom one of the following conditions applies:<\/span><br \/>\nA. Shareholders who have held at least 10 units (1,000 shares) but fewer than 50 units (5,000 shares) for at least 2 years (per shareholder)<br \/>\nB. Shareholders who have held at least 50 units (5,000 shares) for at least 2 years (per shareholder)<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"c-block-box-text__subtitle\">\n<h4 class=\"c-heading is-xs is-top\">(2) \u00a0<span>Details of benefits<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"c-block-box-text__text\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.05em;\">Any shareholder listed in the shareholder registry as of November 30 (end of the interim dividend period) to whom one of the following conditions applies is eligible for the following benefits:<\/span><br \/>\nA. Shareholders who have held at least 10 units (1,000 shares) but fewer than 50 units (5,000 shares) for at least 2 years (per shareholder) will be presented with a QUO card worth 2,000 yen.<br \/>\nB.
