We have built a workplace environment that can flexibly accommodate individual circumstances.

Our company has consistently strived to actively recruit female talent and enable them to fully utilize their abilities. In response to the three themes of the \u201cMale Leaders’ Association for Accelerating the Advancement of Women in Leadership\u201d action declaration\u2014\u201cTake initiative and communicate,\u201d \u201cBreak through the status quo,\u201d and \u201cPromote networking\u201d\u2014we launched the \u201cWomen’s Advancement Project\u201d in spring 2015.<\/p>\n
