INTER ACTION Corporation accepts inquiries such as opinions, requests, and questions regarding the services and hiring information of our Group.
The inquiries we receive will be used to enhance future services and hiring information.
Before sending an inquiry, please be sure to read and understand the following notes prior to entering the contents of your inquiry.

Regarding Inquiries

  • The personal information which you provide will be used only for the purpose of sending replies from us and improving our services.
  • In order to confirm receipt of your inquiry, you will receive an auto receipt email after sending your inquiry. If you do not receive the auto receipt email shortly after sending your inquiry, please contact us by telephone.
  • We may not be able to reply in some cases; for example, when receiving inquiries from outside Japan or when a system failure has occurred.
  • Please note that some time may be required for us to respond to inquiries received by email (inquiries received on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be handled from the next business day). Also, we may not be able to respond depending on the content of the inquiry.
  • Our response to your inquiry is intended for you personally. Please refrain from diversion, reprinting, or secondary use of some or all of the responses which you receive from us.
