Compliance

Compliance activities
INTER ACTION has established a Basic Compliance Policy. Based on this policy, officers and employees gain an understanding of compliance, and strive to carry out work and operations in accordance with the Policy.

We have also established the Compliance Committee as a supervisory organization for overall compliance. The Compliance Committee is chaired by our CEO & President, and has a Secretariat Office located in the General Affairs and Personnel Section of the Business Administration Department. The Compliance Committee provides education and training to promote an understanding of compliance.
We have also established a system for prompt consultation and reporting to the Compliance Committee Secretariat Office when a compliance violation has occurred or is likely to occur in the Company.
In order to ensure our Group operations are appropriate, we have established and operate Management Rules for Affiliated Companies. We have also built an internal system to ensure a uniform level of legal compliance and risk management throughout our entire Group.

Launch of the Project for the Advancement of Women

INTER ACTION has always actively promoted our female personnel and endeavored to create an environment where women can perform to the best of their abilities. In Spring 2015, we launched the Project for the Advancement of Women based on the following three themes listed in the Declaration on Action issued by the Male Leaders Coalition for the Empowerment of Women: (1) Taking action and speaking for oneself, (2) Disrupting the status quo, and (3) Developing networking.

Japan has an aging society with a declining birthrate. Amidst these social conditions, INTER ACTION aims to be a model corporation that contributes to Japanese economic growth by revitalizing corporations through the active participation of women.
We will evolve into a company where women can take on even more active roles, and participate in the construction of society.
