INTER ACTION promotes the protection of personal information by: establishing the following privacy policy; ensuring that all employees are aware of the importance of protecting personal information; and thoroughly implementing related efforts.

1. Management of personal information

INTER ACTION maintains the personal information we receive in an accurate and up-to-date state. In order to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, falsification, leakage, etc., of personal information, we take necessary measures such as maintaining our security and management systems, thoroughly educating employees, and engaging in strict management of personal information.

2. Reasons for use of personal information

When making inquiries from the Company’s website, applying for our email distribution service, or applying for positions at the Company, users may be asked to register personal information such as their name, address, email address, or telephone number. INTER ACTION will not use this personal information for any purpose other than the purpose for which it was provided.
The personal information we receive will be used by the Company for sending emails and materials as communication or responses to questions.
Additionally, the Company collects the personal information of shareholders through the shareholder registry administrator. The personal information of shareholders listed in the shareholder registry is handled by the Company for use in the following items:

  • -To exercise and obligate the rights of shareholders as based on the Companies Act
  • -To provide various conveniences from the issuing company to parties with the status of shareholder
  • -To implement various measures for facilitating the relationship between shareholders and the Company from the perspective of the members of the
  •   incorporated association and the incorporated association itself
  • -For management, such as creating shareholder data using prescribed standards based on various laws and regulations
3. Prohibition of disclosure and provision of personal information to third parties

We will properly manage the personal information we receive and will not disclose personal information to third parties except in the following cases.

  • When the individual has consented to said disclosure
  • When disclosure is necessary to comply with laws and regulations
  • When the Company discloses personal information to a contractor to whom the Company outsources its business in order to perform services desired by the individual, within the scope of the above purpose of use (in this case, the Company will require the contractor to take appropriate safety measures and to conclude a confidentiality agreement.)
4. Security measures for personal information

We will take all possible security measures to ensure the accuracy and safety of personal information.

5. Confirmation, correction, deletion, etc., of personal information

If you wish to confirm, correct, delete, etc., your personal information, we will respond to your request after confirming your identity. Please contact us below.
Please note that we may not be able to respond to requests for deletion, suspension of use, erasure, etc., of shareholders’ personal information that was submitted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations such as the Companies Act.

6. Compliance and review of laws, regulations and social norms

We will comply with Japanese laws, regulations, and other social norms applicable to personal information held by the Company, review the contents of our privacy policy as necessary, and strive to improve the privacy policy.
