Promoting Diversity

①Creating an environment where men and women can thrive equally

Our company has introduced unique systems such as “Family Support Leave,” which can be taken for reasons including family caregiving, nursing, school events, personal morning sickness, or infertility treatment. We have built a workplace environment that can flexibly accommodate individual circumstances.
Furthermore, the ratio of female full-time employees (as of the end of May 2025) stands at approximately 19.6%, and they are active in various fields.

② Participation in the “Men’s Leadership Group to Accelerate the Advancement of Women”

Founder and Honorary Chairman Hideo Kiji endorses the Action Declaration of the “Association of Male Leaders to Accelerate the Advancement of Shining Women,” hosted by the Gender Equality Bureau of the Cabinet Office.

③ Launch of the Women’s Empowerment Project

Our company has consistently strived to actively recruit female talent and enable them to fully utilize their abilities. In response to the three themes of the “Male Leaders’ Association for Accelerating the Advancement of Women in Leadership” action declaration—“Take initiative and communicate,” “Break through the status quo,” and “Promote networking”—we launched the “Women’s Advancement Project” in spring 2015.

In a society facing declining birthrates and an aging population, we aim to become a model company where women’s active participation revitalizes businesses and contributes to Japan’s economic development.
We will continue to evolve into a company where women can thrive and actively participate in building society.

② Participation in the Rescue Can Bird Project

The “Save the Canned Birds Project” is an initiative by Pan Akimoto Co., Ltd. to support global hunger relief efforts. It enables participation in alleviating world hunger by stockpiling emergency food supplies.
Our company endorses this initiative and regularly delivers bread stored for emergencies within our company to designated relief recipients.
